Festival of Transport
    1. All members of the committee work jointly on presentation to the outside authorise, committees and organisations. They also present the Newton Longville Festival of Transport show briefings to volunteer, festival personnel and emergency services.
    2. In addition to their area of responsibility shown below, the committee jointly attend/ plan the following:-

    ·       Associated community groups

    ·       Committee meetings (minimum of monthly)

    ·       Setting up and breaking down of event fabric

    ·       Marking of and placing of signage

    ·       Sponsorship brochure/ dvd

    ·       Programme design/content

    ·       Post event de-brief and event improvement

        3. It is intended to action the following items of further improve the Newton  Longville Festival of Transport

      • Begin to form specialist sub committees (i.e. one per exhibitor vehicle class)
      • Assess if separate sub committee required to plan/manage an annual event on the evening prior to the Newton Longville Festival of Transport
      • Encourage craft stalls to attend
